Joe Torre to headline Voices of Inspiration

Yes, the rumors are true. Los Angeles Dodgers Manager Joe Torre is on his way to Bakersfield. Torre, who just recently traded his New York Yankees jersey for Dodger blue, is the key-note speaker for Hoffmann Hospice’s 14th annual Voices of Inspiration dinner, May 22 at the DoubleTree Hotel. One of the most respected names in baseball, Torre guided the Yankees to four World Series championships and 12 consecutive playoff appearances. Now, Torre brings his winning strategy to the Los Angeles Dodgers, the club that snagged the future Hall of Fame manager with a three-year contract
